Will this fit my hand?

The sleeve is one size and wraps the whole hand at roughly 19 x 24.5 x 10 cm, covering fingers, palm and wrist together. It suits most adult hand sizes, but it isn't sized for children's hands.

Can I control the heat, or is it just on and off?

The heat runs on multiple levels, so you can keep it to a gentle warmth or turn it up. You can also run the massage on its own — air pressure, kneading and tapping — with the heat off entirely.

Does it have to stay plugged in while I use it?

No. It runs on a built-in 2000mAh battery, so you charge it over USB and then use it cordless. Worth noting it's a comfort and relaxation device, not a medical one, so check with your doctor first if you have a diagnosed hand or wrist condition.

How long does delivery take?
