How long should it take?

Orders typically arrive in 5 to 15 days. Every product is checked for quality before it leaves us, so a day or two extra usually means we swapped out a unit that did not pass. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Tracking looks stuck?

Carriers sometimes go quiet for a few days between scans, especially in transit. If it has not updated in a while, email us at support@healthhygieneandfitness.store with your order number and we will chase it down.
