These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the HealthHygiene&Fitness website and any purchase you make from us. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by HealthHygiene&Fitness (“we”, “us”, “our”). Throughout these terms, “you” means the person visiting the site or placing an order. You can reach us any time at support@healthhygieneandfitness.store or (310) 879-0911.

2. Using this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, to order from us. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you're using a payment method you're authorised to use.

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, not to interfere with its operation or security, not to scrape or copy it by automated means, and not to attempt to gain access to accounts or systems that aren't yours. We may refuse service, cancel orders or close accounts where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

3. Products, descriptions and images

We work hard to describe products accurately and to photograph them honestly. Even so, colours can vary between screens and packaging can change from batch to batch, so the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance from the images shown.

Products are offered subject to availability. We may change or discontinue any product, and limit the quantity of any item sold to one customer, at any time and without notice.

4. Health disclaimer

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our products — including supplements, vitamins, hygiene, skincare and fitness items — are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and statements about them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Always read the label and follow the directions before use. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement or new exercise routine, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. You take part in any exercise or wellness routine at your own risk.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and do not include shipping or applicable taxes unless stated. We do our best to keep pricing accurate, but errors happen. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full — we will always contact you first rather than charge a different amount.

Prices, promotions and discount codes can change at any time. A promotion can be withdrawn at any point before an order is placed, and discount codes can't be applied retroactively to completed orders.

6. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges we've received it — the contract is formed when we accept the order and ship it. We may decline or cancel an order, including after confirmation, where we suspect fraud, an unauthorised payment method, a pricing or listing error, or where stock isn't available.

Payment is taken at checkout and processed by our payment providers. We don't store your full card details. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us immediately — once an order has entered fulfilment we may not be able to change it.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers, customs and events outside our control. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

You are responsible for giving us a complete and correct delivery address. We can't be held responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. Where an international order attracts customs duties, import taxes or handling fees, those are your responsibility.

8. Returns and refunds

Every order is covered for 30 days from delivery. How returns, replacements and refunds work — including what we need from you and who pays return shipping — is set out on our Return Policy and Refund Policy pages, which form part of these terms.

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items can't be resold once opened. Where that applies, damage and defect claims are handled with photo or video proof rather than a physical return.

9. Subscriptions

Where a subscription or recurring order is offered, the terms shown at checkout — billing frequency, price and cancellation window — apply alongside these terms. You can skip, pause or cancel in line with those terms; see our Subscriptions page.

10. Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

11. Our content

The content on this site — including text, page copy, product descriptions, photography, graphics, logos and the HealthHygiene&Fitness name — is owned by us or used under licence, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, resell, scrape or otherwise reproduce any part of this site for commercial purposes, or use our branding, without our written permission. Product images and brand names belonging to third-party manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Reviews and anything you submit

If you send us a review, comment, photo or suggestion, you keep ownership of it but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to share and isn't unlawful, misleading or abusive. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

13. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites or services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices, and a link isn't an endorsement. Review their terms before using them.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any content is complete or current. Beyond what applicable law requires and what these terms and our return and refund policies expressly provide, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HealthHygiene&Fitness and its owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or any injury or loss arising from the misuse of a product or from use of a product against its label instructions or against professional medical advice.

Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that claim relates to. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or a product.

17. Privacy

How we collect and handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and in Your Privacy Choices.

18. Events outside our control

We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, supplier failure, extreme weather, strikes, outages or acts of government.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted, so it's worth checking back.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.

21. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion doesn't waive our right to enforce it later. These terms, together with our shipping, return, refund and privacy policies, are the entire agreement between us.
