Return Policy
We want you to be happy with what you ordered. Every order is covered for 30 days from the day it’s delivered. Here’s exactly how returns work and what to expect.
If your item arrived damaged or defective
This one is on us. Email support@healthhygieneandfitness.store with your order number and photos or a short video clearly showing the damage or defect. Once we’ve confirmed it, we ship you the same item again, free of charge. You don’t pay for the replacement and you don’t pay return shipping.
Please send the proof before shipping anything back — in most damage and defect cases we don’t need the item returned at all.
If you want to send an item back
Email support@healthhygieneandfitness.store within 30 days of delivery and we’ll reply with the return address. A few things to know before you ship:
- You cover the return shipping cost. We don’t provide a prepaid label for change-of-mind returns.
- Once the item reaches us, we refund the cost of the item, minus the original shipping.
- Use a tracked service. We can only process a refund on an item that actually arrives back with us.
Option 2: keep the item, take store credit
If you’d rather not pay to ship something back, you can instead take 50% of the item’s cost (shipping not included) as store credit or a discount code. Nothing gets shipped, and the credit lands with you once it’s approved.
The exact credit or discount amount depends on which item you ordered and the value of the order you’re returning against, so email us and we’ll confirm the figure before you decide.
What we need from you
- Your order number
- Photos or a short video showing the defect or damage — this is required for replacements and for refunds
- A sentence or two on what went wrong
The short version
- 30 days from delivery to start a return or refund
- Damaged or defective, with proof → free replacement of the same item, shipped on us
- Shipping it back → you pay return shipping, we refund the item cost minus shipping
- Keeping it → 50% of the item cost as store credit or a discount code
